Bandsil is a professional portrait styling app designed for virtual silk scarf try-on, helping users preview various silk scarf styles on portraits to gain ideal outfit inspiration. The app consists of three core pages: Home, Records and Settings, covering creation, local work management and system configuration. Bandsil is not free to use; all AI-powered static image and dynamic video generation features are paid functions that require in-app coins.
Users can start creations on the Home tab by taking new portraits with the camera or uploading images from the local library. On the Create page, users may select different silk scarf styles and adjust corresponding size and color parameters to customize virtual try-on effects. Each static silk scarf try-on generation costs 30 in-app coins after user confirmation.
Successfully generated static images are automatically saved to Records. Users can generate motion videos based on finished portraits, and each video generation consumes 100 coins. All images and videos are stored locally in a two-column grid, displaying previews. Within Records, users can preview images, play videos via the built-in player, save works to photo library or delete useless records at any time. Saving creations to your gallery is free of charge and requires no coins.
The Settings page allows users to view application information, clear temporary render cache, and access official documents including this Privacy Policy and User Agreement through an in-app browser. Clearing cache only removes temporary files and will not affect your saved creations. Users need to authorize camera, photo library and storage permissions for related operations, and stable internet access is required to support AI generation tasks.
Bandsil adopts a coin-based payment system for all creative functions. Users can purchase coin packs or subscribe to auto-renewable membership plans via Apple In-App Purchase to obtain coins and subscription bonus rewards. All paid services follow regional pricing, and users can manage or restore purchases through their Apple ID settings. Subscriptions do not support unlimited generation, and all users need to spend standard coins for every creation. Coins will be fully refunded if any generation task fails due to technical issues.
Users shall only upload images they legally own or have obtained authorized usage rights for personal non-commercial use. It is prohibited to upload or generate pornographic, vulgar, violent, discriminatory and other inappropriate content that violates public order. Bandsil requires no account registration or login, enabling all users to create artwork anonymously without submitting personal information. All portrait processing, scarf rendering and video generation tasks are powered exclusively by Bandsil's self-developed AI system. No third-party AI tools, cloud servers or external rendering services are involved in any creation process. Bandsil will never upload, transmit or share users' original portraits, custom settings, cache files and finished works with external servers or third parties. We enforce a strict zero-collection policy for facial and biometric data. Our AI only adds virtual silk scarf effects and adjusts picture visuals, without implementing facial detection or facial recognition. We never collect user facial features, build facial databases or utilize portrait data for advertising and data tracking, and we will never sell or disclose users' private portrait information to any outside organizations.
All creative functions, coin pack purchasing services and auto-renewable subscription plans provided by Bandsil are exclusively open to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their country or region are authorized to download, install and use this application and all internal free and paid functions. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing and using Bandsil in any form.
All core computing links involved in portrait processing and virtual silk scarf try-on generation are researched and developed independently by the Bandsil technical team. The whole calculation process runs locally on the user's mobile device without relying on any third-party cloud computing resources and external auxiliary services. The application will not actively transmit any user uploaded portraits and generated creative works to outside servers for storage and processing.
Bandsil always adheres to the strictest privacy protection standards and completely rejects the collection of user facial information and biometric data. The AI system only focuses on matching and rendering virtual silk scarf accessories, instead of identifying and analyzing user facial features. All uploaded portraits are only used to respond to the single creation task initiated by users themselves, and the platform will never reuse portrait resources for other irrelevant commercial purposes.
All users shall use Bandsil for positive, healthy and legal personal non-commercial creative activities. Users bear all responsibilities for uploaded original portraits and AI-generated finished works. Apart from respecting third-party copyright and portrait rights, users must not create and disseminate pornographic, violent and other inappropriate harmful content. We reserve the right to restrict device access permissions for users who repeatedly violate usage regulations.
All user uploaded original portraits, static try-on images and dynamic videos are permanently stored locally on the user's mobile device instead of remote cloud servers controlled by Bandsil or third-party organizations. Users have absolute control over all local creation data. Bandsil will not automatically back up user creative content to the cloud, and all private creation data will not be shared with any external individuals and institutions.
We reserve the right to appropriately revise and update the clauses of this Privacy Policy according to product iteration and function optimization plans. Updated policy content will be released on the in-app Settings page and take effect immediately. Continued use of Bandsil after the update means that users fully accept the revised terms. All updated behaviors will never change our core privacy commitments including anonymous usage, independent self-developed AI operation and zero facial data collection.
