This User Agreement outlines usage rules, service scope and user guidelines for Bandsil. By downloading, installing and using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms included in this agreement.
Bandsil is a portrait styling app focused on virtual silk scarf try-on, helping users explore various scarf styles to create personalized portraits. The app consists of three core sections: Home, Records and Settings. Please note that Bandsil is not free; all AI image and video generation functions are paid services that consume in-app coins.
Users can create works on the Home page by capturing portraits or uploading images from the local library. In the Create page, users can adjust scarf style, size and color to customize try-on effects. Each static image generation costs 30 coins, and each video generation costs 100 coins.
All generated images and videos are automatically saved to the Records tab and displayed in a two-column grid. Users are able to preview portraits, play videos via the built-in player, save works to the photo gallery or delete unwanted records at any time. Saving creations to local gallery is free of coins.
The Settings page provides access to app information, temporary cache cleaning and official documents including User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Clearing cache only deletes temporary render files and will not affect your saved creations. Users need to authorize camera, photo and storage permissions, and stable internet is required for AI generation.
Users can obtain additional coins by purchasing coin packs or subscribing to auto-renewable plans through Apple In-App Purchase. All paid items adopt regional pricing, and users can manage or restore purchases in Apple ID settings. Subscriptions do not support unlimited generation, all creations still require standard coin consumption. Coins will be fully refunded if AI generation fails due to technical errors.
Users shall only upload images that they legally own or have obtained authorized rights for personal non-commercial creation. Any upload or generation of pornographic, violent, discriminatory and other harmful content is strictly prohibited. Bandsil requires no account registration or login, supporting fully anonymous creation without collecting user personal data. All image processing, scarf rendering and video generation are independently completed by Bandsil self-developed AI system, with no third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers or external rendering services involved. Bandsil will never upload, transmit or share users' original portraits, custom settings and finished works with any external platforms. We strictly implement zero-collection rules for facial and biometric data. Our AI only adds virtual scarf effects and adjusts picture colors instead of performing facial recognition or feature analysis. We never collect facial data, create facial databases or disclose users' portrait privacy to any third parties for advertising or other purposes.
All creative functions, coin pack purchase services and auto-renewable subscription plans provided by Bandsil are only accessible to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their region are permitted to download, install and use this application and all internal free and paid services. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing and using this application in any form.
We grant eligible users a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial and revocable personal license to use Bandsil on personal mobile devices for daily virtual try-on creation. All intellectual property rights of Bandsil, including self-developed AI technology, built-in silk scarf resources and interface design, belong exclusively to our official team. Users are forbidden to disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, rent or redistribute the application for any commercial purposes. All creation tasks are processed locally by our independent AI system, and we never collect any user facial information and sensitive private data during service delivery.
All users shall use Bandsil for positive, healthy and legal personal non-commercial creation activities. Users bear full and sole legal responsibility for all uploaded portrait materials and AI-generated finished works. Except for respecting third-party copyright and portrait rights, users must not create or disseminate any inappropriate harmful content. Our team reserves the right to restrict or permanently terminate user access permissions for any violation of relevant usage regulations.
All original portraits uploaded by users and all AI-generated virtual silk scarf try-on images and videos belong to the corresponding user completely. Bandsil does not obtain any ownership and usage rights of user created content. We will never utilize users' creative works for AI model training, product function iteration and commercial promotion, and all user creative data will never be transmitted to third-party institutions.
We reserve the right to release version updates, function optimizations and bug repairs to improve overall user experience. Meanwhile, we can revise and update clauses of this User Agreement according to product iteration demands. Updated terms will be published on the in-app Settings page and take effect immediately. Continued use of Bandsil after updates represents your acceptance of revised agreement terms. All updates will never change our core commitments including anonymous usage support, independent self-developed AI operation and permanent zero facial data collection.
Your use of Bandsil is simultaneously governed by our official Privacy Policy published inside the application. You can check detailed local data storage rules and comprehensive privacy protection mechanisms through the Settings page at any time. All user creative data is stored locally on user devices, and we never actively collect private personal information and facial data or share relevant content with external third parties.
